Big White Ski Resort
Located 56 km southeast of Kelowna, BC, Big White is one of the highest peaks in the southern Monashees. The resort truly lives up to its name, with 119 marked runs fanning out from the summit of Big White. There is tremendous bowl skiing on top, wide-open glades at mid-mountain, and great fall-lines.
The Mountain

Big White is nestled between the sky and the earth at an altitude of 1750 meters. One often skis above the clouds at Big White, on natural snow cover and on an impressive variety of terrain. The mountain transitions from large blue ‘boulevards’ groomed to perfection, to one of the five bowls where the champagne powder is at its best and even the less seasoned skiers can venture. The Black Forest sector is a splendor that allows novices and intermediate skiiers to glide effortlessly through the trees. Renowned for the quality of the service it offers families, for its impressive selection of relatively easy trails and for its programs for kids, Big White nonetheless lives up to its name and is an impressive mountain for serious skiers. The Village
